The surgery is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. A nurse is always in attendance when the surgery is open. The doctors’ surgeries are staggered throughout the days with the earliest appointment at 8:00am and the latest at 5:10pm.

The surgery is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday. The surgery is closed between 12 noon and 12:45 everyday. The first appointment with a doctor is at 8.40am and the last at 4.40pm. A nurse is always in attendance when the surgery is open.
Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours
Extended Hours Access Service has now been transferred to Seacroft Hospital.
To access a routine appointment at the Seacroft Hub (Seacroft Hospital Outpatients Department) during the Out of Hours period please call 0113 2062049 between the following hours:
Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm
Do not call this number outside of these hours as you will be unable to book an appointment.

Prescriptions
Please be aware we do not take prescription requests over the phone. You can request your prescription in the following ways:
- Signing up for our online services with one of our care coordinators. This requires you to complete an online services form and provide photo ID – useful for accessing your online records and any recent results.
- Emailing our prescription admin team/dispensing team directly on: [email protected]
We aim to respond to all emails with 48 working hours.
Dropping off your prescription request to our care coordinators at Garforth Medical Centre or Elmwood Surgery.
