Important Update: Changes to Online Appointment Booking

From 13th October, we will no longer be offering bookable doctors appointments through SystmOnline.
Patients are asked to use our PATCHS service to request routine appointments with a doctor.

The following appointments will still be available to book via SystmOnline:

  • First Contact Practitioners (FCP) – appointments with a physiotherapist for anyone over 18 with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. These can be booked on Tuesday afternoons, Thursday (all day), and Friday mornings.
  • Phlebotomy (Blood Tests) – for tests requested by a clinician only. If a test has not been requested, we will not be able to carry it out.
  • Cervical Screening – for patients who have received an NHS Cervical Screening invitation.

Please note: if an appointment is booked into an inappropriate slot using SystmOnline, it will be cancelled.
