📢Patient Reminder:

Our PATCHS online service is available Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm for non-urgent appointment requests, medication queries, and admin requests.

❗Please note: Your GP practice cannot safely handle urgent or emergency issues through PATCHS. For anything urgent during opening hours, please call the practice directly.

If the practice is closed and you need urgent medical help, contact NHS 111 by calling 111 or visiting 111.nhs.uk.

In a serious or life-threatening emergency, please go straight to A&E or call 999.
