Access to Garforth Medical Practice

We are now booking both face to face and telephone appointments for Patient’s without COVID-19 symptoms. Patient’s that have COVID-19 symptoms will be offered a telephone appointment initially to allow the Doctor to assess their needs.

We do ask that all patient’s attending the surgery wear a face covering.
