The Practice has undertaken training for all staff to gain a better understanding of the barriers faced by LGBT communities in accessing services and why there is a higher

Our Equality and Diversity policy is reviewed and updated on a yearly basis.

All Practice staff are required to complete online e-learning on equality and diversity three yearly via the Learning for Health Portal as part of the Statutory and Mandatory training.
